Seriously, these charges seem to me to be somewhat more difficult to dismiss as " merely old news" than some would like you to believe. As a matter of fact, those involved may be at a point where " they have nothing to lose" by hyping the stock up at this time. I won't pretend to KNOW for sure like some, and indeed it would be nice to be able to get onboard if this proves to be ligitimate at this time, but to totally dismiss the SEC Litigation filed this very month seems to be motivated either by those already in the stock, and those that want to hit the lottery. While it is true that to get big rewards one must assume some degree of risk, it is also true that one should be prudent when you can avoid a possible disaster. It has been my experience that many with hidden agendas, will tempt you to avoid rational decisions and then profit by your gullibility. I am a veteran of the Motley Fool IOM board for the past 3 years, and if this doesn't give you incite into the action of both positive and negative hypesters, then nothing will. Ask Joe about that!
