WTDEC.....I did buy 15K SRGN today at 0.53 to follow this action. I gather that I loose 0.03 if ONTAX isn't approved within two year and the conversion only gives me 50 c in LGND stock.
I assume this is tax free exchange when I get the lgnd stock at closing. I guess there will be some kind or right floating around after the SRGN stock is gone and wee are waiting to see if Ontak is approved.
