You are asking a factual response to some writing which has omitted or otherwise "enhanced" known facts! In fact the latest "writings" are the latest in a series of "National Enquirer"-like creative "articles" which are not news reports but rather very loose opinions. The writer has done superficial research and only retained what supported his theories. It is not clear at this time who or what organization might have retained his services to perform a smear campaign against a listed corporation. It is indeed rare to see a "news" organization pay staff to do write ups for subject matter that is not news. Philanthropy is surely not the motivation! Unless business is very slow.

Unfortunately there will be more "editorials" printed against KRY, until such time as the Las Cristinas saga is resolved. There is not much that can be done against people who will hide behind a pseudo "news" organization. They can print whatever they want without having to back up any of their claims.

Too bad the writer did not stick to facts !
