That figure states total issued shares. Before 1997 their was approx; 44 Million issued shares. Within the nine month period in 1997 they issued another Approx; 44 Million shares to bring it up to the current total as stated in the filing in Sept.(87,853,654). Thats why I keep asking what the current total issued shares are since they are late in their filings. Eight months have past since their last filing and all it took last year was nine months to issue 45 Million shares. They are authorized to issue 800 Million shares. 87,853,654 shares of common stock outstanding, par value $.0001.
