Herm - thanks for all the ideas on SMOD!! i will let you know my next move and maybe this can serve as a learning experience for many..
too bad i didn't write the may20call awhile back(sort of like your in-the-money advice to Jen on radaf)-then it would have been called on May 15th or i could have taken hpeace' advice to buy the Jun puts just before earnings as insurance with the idea to sell them quickly if it wasn't needed after all

I am a recent entrant to the world of investing and have been eating up the well known gurus & theorists (from Graham, Fisher,Buffet to Lynch and Miller).
I have yet to find a good primer to Calls and Puts. I will humbly ask anyone on the thread for a recommendation.
