Dan, I too heard the rumor about Lanza bringing a merger prospect to Xecom/AirStar. I also heard that this prospect was an ideal marriage for Xecom, brining to Xecom cash, technology and management expertise. I was also led to believe that current management squelched the deal. I wonder if the deal is dead or if it can be resurrected. In any case, I agree with you, Dan, that current management, which apparently can't file a K or Q on time (they're always late), must go. Sooner rather than later. This stock should be trading in the high single digits (dollars not cents). Certainly, Mr. Vigliarolo has a lot of explaining to do. I would call him myself, but as if now there is now way to reach him since AirStar is now, as I understand the situation, without an address or phone number. When and if I ever do reach Vigliarolo I will ask about the rumored merger deal (which he purportedly rejected) and I will ask him whether or not he and AirStar management are committed to SSI and the military telecommunications business or not. P.S., Dan, Welcome to this board, which is not about BS, but about learning more about a company with great promise. TJS
