But were those other companies that the SEC filed for a court order to demand that they file their delinquent finacials halted??

Seems to me the most effective way to force a company, that is delinquent, to file financials is to halt the stock. Reason being 'financials not made available to investing public'.

Any company that had any respect for shareholders would file the financials.

I'd love to see an court order demanding that RMIL file it's overdue financials, but I don't see what effect it would have if any for non-compliance that is. What is the penalty??? Another halt??? If thats it, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

I can see it now. "Ah a court order. That's entirely different. We didn't care when the shareholders wanted financials, but now you want them. Sure we'll file. We promise that we will have them next week....1 week later...we meant next week."

This company isn't in compliance with Rule 15c2-11 so it can't be quoted on the OTC-BB.

It just dawned on me. If a court order is not obeyed by a certain date, the corporate officers could be found in contempt in court AND go to jail.

I intend on writing a letter asking the SEC to do this (get a court order). If enough shareholders do then the corporate officers will have a 'personal' incentive to file the financials.

A.L. Not to be picky, just accurate, the 10Q filed 3/31/97 was for the period ending 6/30/96 not 3/31/97. The filing date was reported as 3/27/97.

From the SEC Filing:

<CONFORMED PERIOD OF REPORT: 19960630
FILED AS OF DATE: 19970327>

This would make Olympus Ventures, now Rocky Mountain International, far more delinquent in its filing status. Not that it really makes that much of a difference, since factual information is to be denied by so many on this thread. Only fantasy and DD as supplied by the company is what should be believed and contrary information and views are documented as "bashing", short seller affinity and association, or Mork and Mindy devious plots.

arcane, clearly the delinquent financials must have been a small oversight. especially considering that business is booming and all their myriad of profit centers make intel's accounting look like a piece of cake. NOT!
