Levesque seems to be very active, buying at 27-28 and selling at 30+. They were active the other day also. Nice to see an announcement of an order. Good luck on the re-org, I really hope you can do something about financing, but I'm starting to wonder about orders. Seems that in the months I've been following Unitec there have been very few announcements of orders. Stuart.

John/ Sort of asked this before but bulked both directors and employees into the same question. Your response sort of focussed on the employee people part and the intent to defer an answer until a complete news release could be released which would outline the the employee moves/situation. Re-asking the question only just focussing on the directors part - John, of the Board of Directors listed in your '97 Annual Report who is still on the board? Were vacancies filled and if so, by who? If there are vacancies, when would you expect to be making announcements re: new director(s)?
