Dr. Schmidtz,

When you talk of Dennis Casey buying "the company," you should clarify if you mean AirStar or Select Switch. It is my understanding that Casey was (is) interested in SSI, not ASTG. Having sold SSI to Casey, ASTG would be a shell with whatever cash it realized from the sale. Do you understand differently? TJS

Mr. Schmidtz:

I don't think I misinterpreted anything. JL says he has been selling and trading ASTG. He is a consultant to ASTG and, as such, has access to inside information.

If he is lending a helping hand the question becomes, whose HAND?

What does quite awhile mean? Last week, month, year? How much stock? For what purpose? What market-makers have been involved? In what way did JL "provide" stock to them? From what source?

What does trading mean to JL? Buying and Selling? Providing stock for favors? What dates, how much? What is the correlation of selling to the dates of company news releases? What is the correlation of buying to the dates of company news releases?

I agree, JV and the company should disregard any loyalties they may have to JL and file the K & Q with a complete statement on these issues and let the chips fall where they may

I also agree that Management must make a STATEMENT right away.
Since JL is using this thread for his own MEDIA blitz they must fight fire with fire. He is using quite well, I might add. I have never seen so much "smoke."

It is a shame that you, and several others who have appeared lately, were not here sooner; we could have all benefited from the WEALTH of information you have. Keep posting, I cannot tell you how interesting your information is.
