Nancy I will apologize for thinking you were one of the Yeshua people.
Two of your recent posts contained much truth. I really have no true concept of your beliefs or your husbands. I really do not care to do other than share what I have adjudged to be true by my experience. I do not think I would ever have any hope for improvement by another person. I do hope to gain further light by neither believing or having faith in a thing, until I have proved it by experience.

You are so right about the professed Christians who have no concept of anything but the image painted by tradition and coercion. If it doesn't benefit others and only has selfish interests, such as I have witnessed here, I have no desire for participation.
I sincerely have had 25 years of experience in finding others thoughts on religion and discovered all religion is merely an individuals philosphy. Some sages of old left words of wisdom which by word of mouth has been changed,

The yeshua people here demonstrate many years of the same experience every day. Attempting to make sense of the bible. If its not there its not fact to them. Most advancement in our society has been in the minds of people who dared to try what can't be done.

><>.Dear Nancy, could you please point me to the scripture.><>

that would shed some light on this statement of yours?

Paul would have given him special treatment every town
he entered he went to the synagogue first and even said he would give up his
relationship with the Lord
to see his people saved
.

All through Acts there is scripture after scripture concerning how the Jews kept trying to stir up trouble against Paul, and they on many occasions conspired to kill him. They persisted in this ungodlyness because Paul would not relent of the teachings of Christ.

What special treatment are you talking of?
Are you saying that he Paul, compromised the word of God?

I don't want to misinterpret what you have stated so I will just ask you to be more specific, especially in giving scriptures which say that he would give up his relationship with the Lord.

Have a blessed day you and Alan
Love in our Lord Jesus the Christ
Shalom...><>
BTW...Could you give up your relationship with the Lord Jesus for anybody?
Do you think God would ever expect you to? If you say yes, then Under what circumstances?

Nancy,

<<From the first post you made it sounded like she was interested and you slammed her
down as you have my husband on this thread. You don't have to scratch hard to see
how you really feel about us. I can't stand the coldness displayed here in the name of the
Lord.>>

It is so difficult to make you understand because for some reason you can only see what YOU think. What I'm saying is you decide what something is according to your own thoughts aside from any different explanation as if you were there. Why is that? Can't you see that your way of viewing things is completely in error. No wonder you stay confused. You relate everything back to you and your husband. It's not all about you.

The truth is this friend of mine was fishing for a specific answer which she did not get. She cut off any discussion after she didn't hear the answer she wanted. It was obvious she had heard it before anyhow. She was hoping I would say something different than others she had talked to.

I have difficulty dealing with your ultra-sensitivity. You have made a mountain out of nothing and again accused me of things I am not guilty of. That's something you do a lot. You are really good at throwing stones for someone who feels persecuted yourself.

You say:

<<I did not assign a motive>>

Then you say:

<<You are right though the Church
would probably snear at him and start the negative Jewish speeches that would
insure him (her husband) to not return. I know there is allot more that happened
than what you shared and my only point is that you seemed to crush her interest in
what you said.>>

There you go again. You say you are not assigning a motive and then a few sentences later you are suggesting the church and us "gentile" believers are all anti-semites. And you say that I was the blame for the way the situation went, which I know is not true.

You said:

<<I know how you feel about us and think it best we just drop communication.
Nancy>>

You have no clue whatsoever of how I feel, who I am or what I believe. But you are willing to continue the charge of anti-semitism. I have rarely met anyone so deluded and obsessed.

This is ridiculous, again you say:

<<P.S. Remember there was a time I asked you to apologize and you refused.>>

Read post # 16428 and see that I apologized to you. How can you say that I did not? Do you see how you are so prone to being mistaken?
