What it comes down to is a lot of people in a special group bought a lot of shares in this stock last week and now they want to pump it up and dump on the people they drag into it, or they are stuck with it.

I got the impression MINE talk was not allowed here. I read your points. I remember agreeing with you on other companies in the past but the logic here doesn't jibe with me. I am not in the mining business so I can't comment on the procedures of the assay etc.. I just can't believe this is another BreX. The only thing that I can accept so far as problems is the financing issues. However, I guess they already have had JV offers. More things to verify.

I have learned one thing about the internet ... No one reads and comprehends. That letter basically states no matter what happens they got nothing and will have nothing and some else is going to get the profits IF and I say IF they can attract a JV ... PLUS what company in their right mind or broker for all that matters would invest in a SEC civil case stock whether they are accused of messing with their stock. Common sense does not flourish on the internet .. day traders did not do the DD which is normal and day traders the MEGA boys are hung in that after they came right off ARET the day before and jumped into MINE on a tip the news release was coming. Now they need sheep. Unbelieveable and typical. GB
