Mr. Wes,

I don't think Mr. Lanza would be so foolish to do some of the things
you are making reference to. Taking in consideration his back-ground
and especially if he has had dealings with the SEC in the past, he
wouldn't be that negligent to do something that is not by the book.
I didn't say I know Mr. Lanza is selling stock. The only point I
was making is, let's just say Wes you needed to sell XYZ shares of
Airstar because there was another financial matter you needed cash
for. Would it be kosher for you to sell a portion of your position?
What difference is it with Mr. Lanza? First of all, we don't know if
he sold 1 share or 100,000 shares. Second, if he did sell, we don't
really know for a fact what the circumstances for him selling were?
Maybe he had to cover expenses for Airstar Technologies. Maybe, he
had to cover payroll for the company. Once again, till we have facts,
why are we playing the guessing game?

I don't have any problem of you refer to me as DMS. I have been
called much worse things in my life.

Milton

PS: Didn't JL disregard the fabulous deal since in fact one was never made? The only offer was
the one by Dennis Casey, which JL accepted.

Where is this tidbit coming from?
