saclac: If JL comes on this thread and say it's a crock and provides the exact details of a real offer, and not just possibilities and puffing, that was "trashed" and "rejected" by JV, then I will put my sources to their proof. The deal I liked with Dennis Casey, was for him to become president,add equity to the company, and let the shareholders have a shot at winning. There was a letter of intent with a news release.
