"Why can't NOVL think like an applications company?".... Why can't Novell think like a Service company? Some of these customers would just settle to "out source" this problem to a service company that would manage the IT systems and the network. It appears that Novell is missing another opportunity for new alternative predicable revenue sources. EKS <I am shaking my head as I see CPQ, IBM, LU and the other large companies provided these services to our Novell customers!>
