VOX is moving up today. Jim, I've been following VOX on it's run down for a while and it appears to be ready to move up again. Does it meet your threads criteria? The only reason I've found that it's so low is that a major investment company was bought out and does not want smallcap in their portfolio. The PE appears to be < 2.
