Jeff, thanks for the input. I agree with you on many of your points. I used to be the in the computer business and remember how strong CS was.

Has that changed? Do you know if they are gaining or loosing marketshare? Also, do you know how strong their digital switching technology is?

It looks like to me with the dive in the stock price that people do not have any confidence in their technology. CSCO, ASND etc. brings strong competition.

The one thing that could be interesting is how LU plays out once they can buy someone. CS book value is just under $8. Even if they bought CS at $20 it would be a nice gain and a good deal for LU. Just a thought.

Anyway, any thoughts on how the new technology CS has is competing would be appreciated.
