The existing officers and directors of ICCI will resign and be replaced the current officers and directors of Mountain Energy.> (Questions) 1ST) What did existing officers and directors of (ICVI) "Realize" from this reverse merger? Was it the possibility of a rise in share price? Did they receive a severance? International Casino Cruises, Inc.'s (OTCBB: ICVI) subsidiary, Convenience Concepts, Inc. ("CCI") has signed an agreement to acquire two more convenience stores valued at $2,400,000. 2.nd) Will these stores be sold and will all the assets of ICCI and ICVI be liquidated? Only if you know.
