Great point, Charger! Thank you....that is true...if you own the W's, make sure you watch them. If they close at or above $2.50 for 10 trading days, you will need to make a decision to sell the W's, or convert to common, unless the Company decides to change this as well. You are supposed to get notified by the Company but I would rely on myslef to check it at the close each day.

HOWEVER, WE REALLY NEED EVERYONE TO CONVERT THEIR WARRANTS TO COMMON ASAP after the 50 cent conversion is authorized. This will dry up the warrants and prevent the MM's from playing games, to some extent....COMMENTS?

Mark - just one addition I would like to make to Dave's response to you...

Yes, you can sell the Warrants at any time just like stock. However, if the common reaches $2.50 or above and closes at that price or above for ten consecutive days, then the company (Arcon) will issue a notice to the shareholders of Warrants and inform them that if they do not exercise (or sell) their warrants and convert them to common within 30 days from said noticeFrom: +Charger Tuesday, May 26 1998
