Lance, Here is a copy of the press release that describes the relationship JNNE has with Royal West Sales (that's where the royalty revenue comes from)... *********************************Los Angeles, CA--October 20, 1997--Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (JNE)(OTC-BB:JNNE) A pioneer in producing video satellite networks for private industry today announced it has joined Royal West Sales, Inc. of West Hills, CA in forming a new business venture to develop business opportunities in consumer electronics, consumer financial services and computer related ventures. Prior to initiating the newly formed venture the parties worked together to develop a financial services agreement between Costco Wholesale and a leading residential real estate computer loan originator under the direction of Gary Stines, Executive Vice President of Royal West. Mr. Stines along with Michael Fishman, President are the principals of Royal West Sales, Inc. whose company is a sales representative and consultant to worldwide consumer electronics enterprises which include Orion Electronics, TEAC Consumer Products, Kiwi Computers and Sansui Electronics among others. Rost, 760/634-7624 or 888/847-5663 OR Automated Shareholder Communication System, 888/209-7223 ************************************************ This information really helped clarify the relationship for me. I can see that JNNE is in with Royal West Sales as joint partners in negotiating the deal between AmeriNet and Costco. * Costco has an agreement with AmeriNet. * AmeriNet has a royalty/commission agreement with Royal West Sales. * Royal West Sales and JNNE are partners in that royalty/commission. * JNNE can also do similar deals with other retailers. It might only be a small part, but it sure adds up to big $$$$ when you figure look at Costco and the other possible retailers. Best wishes, Brad
