They will respond to you if you e-mail them your concerns. But, do you want them spending time responding to every customer when minor occurances happen or spend their resources making their product/service better?

I know from experience.

I don't see a strong issue.

Agreed, Kumar. L2 has been down, for me, since immediately after the open this morning. It won't refresh/update, even though I'm getting an "OK" on the connection. This on a great trading day...
