Nice try but you can't change the subject now. Your original assertion was that the Tripp tapes did not constitute evidence and/or proof because they were inadmissible in Court. However as I have posted the substance of the federal wiretap statute YOU cited to bar the tapes as evidence and as that statute would NOT bar the tapes, how were you right? Aside from being ignorant of the facts and the law, you possess a singular inability to acknowledge when you are wrong. Just like your hero President Bubba. JLA
