Ok it is not going to matter the DTC report is what is going to determine the dividend. I do nto think the settlement date is use on the DTC report. I believe the brokers have to send a daily report to the DTC of shared and transactions ... I could be wrong but the company is saying if you have it in your account settled or not you get it.
