J.C.D: I did read MF's review of ADPT. This is from MF " The salt in the wound, and more troubling than the financial wet blanket, was the news that inventory was piling up."

If Inventory was piling up, is the Acquisition a plus or a -ve. I see it as a negative. I do however appreciate that you and others may
have a different evaluation. That is precisely what makes a market.!
