Why do you bother to spend so much time here if you are here only to cause harm? It seems like a waste to me. I love CSHK and I along with several others are very confident about Rhonda's ability to follow through on her intent.

Maybe you better get yours straight. They announced that deal in September of 1997. The company didn't even sign that it existed before 1/8/1998. Those are the facts.

What "facts"? As far as A. R. Brooks is concerned, there are no "facts", apart from the January '98 articles of incorporation, which are quite uninformative. All we know is that "they" (who, exactly?) will receive 6.1 million shares of CSHK.
