Janice: Care to add any more to my post #2828 as to "the other side position"? I will gladly modify it. Please keep it short and sweet as I have done with the shareholders position. This way newcomers can quickly see the two positions.

My father owns a non-incorperated company and if a public corperation bought his company it would be the same thing. If it is a private company then it's financials and other info. will not be available.
