a very special thanks to Lawrence Kudlow, a really smart man.

Agree 100%. We could certainly use more of his stature to speak out. I hope Intel responds forthrightly and aggresively to the FTC. Acquiescing to irrational demands can only bring on more of the same. Such actions would not bode well for the future of the company.
