Agreed. I believe they need to exceed estimates to perform because
of their UK ADR status. Currently flat.

Bleeker,

I am probably missing something, but I see them reporting (according to U.S. GAAP) after tax, fully diluted eps of 16p (approx. $0.26), excluding the non-recurring one-time charge for sale and termination of discontinued operations (extraordinary items). Is this not the number that investors normally look at, and is this not in line with expectations?

I also view the rest of the report as being fairly positive (although I must say, now that I know that they had an operation called Naked Records, I think I miss having it - what was this anyway?).

Thanks,
John
