The difference is that CPQ on its web site can not afford to compete or undercut its retail distribution chain. Thus, the prices are usually higher than available in the stores.

There has not been evidence of that so far on the West Coast.
The discount stores here have ben quoting the same prices as the website.

It looks like the retail channel in your area has constipated channels again. Why else would these people be selling way below their costs.
Looks like a retail channel war going on. Looks bloody.
