Once the registration is done the warrants should be fairly valued about 0.50 less than the common. Right now the MM's can take advantage of the PR and they know the paperwork will soon be done and make a killing.

Oh I agree and this one will do far better but the time variable for the resolution is ticking me off. However they should have it today.
