For some reason they didn't say the price. I guess the corporate culture of keeping shareholders in the dark continues. Maybe we will have to get into the practice of filing freedom of information suits each time the company makes a move....I think I am kidding but not sure. Maybe some stealth operations on managements' brains is in order or perhaps there is a tell the full truth serum that we can put in their drinks.

But the news itself is very, very positive for sure. If they told us the price they are paying for this 1/3 share, perhaps the stock would have gone up on the news. But I guess they are still operating on the Washington D.C. model even though they are not located there. What a shame.

One thing is clear. Lavelle has a plan and is carrying it out. When they sell the micro div and people realise that either this quarter or next there is going to be a one-time profit potentially approximately equal to the share price, I think we may get some upward movement.

Of course such a sale cannot be counted on until it happens and it may be for a price that is disappointing (or they may keep it a secret), but I do think it will be for a good price and shareholders will be pleased.

Then we will have a development stage company with a strong balance sheet and money in the bank. Will the products get approved and sell?
That will remain the question.
