Number 1: financials zulusonicc (35/M/other) May 26 1998 11:22PM EDT will be released on thur. ÿ Number 2: zsonic kido36 May 27 1998 12:17AM EDT Hey sonic....I almost believe when you say that financials will be out on Thursday. Yesterday you said that there would be PR out today...you were right!! I hope you're right on the financials...I'm pretty excited just to see at what speed this thing will catch fire with positive news...hopefully "ZULUSONIC" speed. It's time to leave all the naysayers in the dust...and to make this guy a little cash so I can buy that new van!! Appreciate all the work of all you serious ZULU's out there. I enjoy your posts. ÿ

Jon, About 1000(I can't find it again) posts ago I believe you(and I'm sorry if I'm wrong) were discussing with someone else the ratio of ZULU to ESVS in the impending merger. Someone was trying to say that it would take 4 ZULUS to 1 ESVS and again I think it was you that said it would be more like a 40-1(probably wrong)...anyway my point is from the gist of the discussion I thought it was said that the ESVS stock would have to sell or "create" a lot of shares for it to be beneficial to ZULU. With the stock dividend award, does this fit the scenario of increasing the number of shares of ESVS to the benefit of ZULU.. If I'm wrong about who was in the discussion about the stock swap, whoever was in the discussion please respond. And please point me back to those posts so I can reread them. TIA JAC (:o}
