MB: Boy, do I agree. While it enrages me that companies can gussy up their earnings statements with accounting smoke and mirrors for several quarters, then escape the noose with a big restructuring, it's the game as it is played these days. This market actually applauds it (can't remember ever seeing an analyst take a company to task for this chicanery). This is one of the reasons why I want to see actual blood dripping from their ears as well as see the signed chapter 11 documents before I will short in this mania environment. (g) Best, Earlie
