From the SEC trading halt announcement: The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of RMIL because of questions regarding the accuracy of statements concerning, among other things, the ownership and value of certain assets claimed by RMIL, RMIL's business operations and the merger of RMIL with third parties. If the accuracy of statements that led to the halt is not substantiated when the financials are filed with the 2-11, will this have any effect on the resumption of trading? Do you know if these issues have already been resolved with the SEC? TIA Mark H
