Double D, Clinton's job approval rating has mysteriously not been mentioned lately. I sent Gallup an e-mail questioning the validity of their polls approximately two months ago. They acknowledged my concern, but they insisted that the sample was valid. In the response, they included the sample procedure (which is listed on the web site) as to how they conduct the poll. After reading the procedures, I concluded that the survey is conducted by telephone without regard as to whether someone is a registered voter or not. Also,as to whether they even voted in the last election was not a consideration. Darrell
