Thanks for the response.

Does MCI use Netscape Navigator or Microsoft's IE, and would it make any difference in performance? (I just called AT&T, and they asked me which browser I'd like them to send me)
Also, do you get "timed out" and disconnected if you don't press any keys within x number of minutes? (IBM warned me that with their service, I "will get timed out".)
