Good insights. You guys may be restless but you sure ain't dumb. Given the steady price and heavy volume in a plummeting market it appears the street hasn't figured out whether this is good or bad, but suspects it might not be so bad. I still wonder if it isn't mostly smoke and mirrors but OTOH simplification and understandability isn't just good for analysts is it? It does tend to suggest that mgmt really does care about the share price. Floating this as a trial balloon in advance of board (and others?) approval seems somewhat uncharacteristic though. Maybe not so dumb (which wouldn't, of course, be uncharacteristic). I must confess to being totally boggled, bedazzled and confused.

Perhaps more so because I sold more than 80% of my long-held (two years), over-concentrated (40% of my portfolio [speaking of dumb]) in the last two days. Fear of SEA slide and Japanese meltdown! Sold most yesterday at 55 1/2 and was temporarily stopped in my tracks by this mornings announcement. Decided I was still afraid and got the rest out while the getting was good. A touch of sellers remorse now. Greed/fear greed/fear! I guess we have to wait for the street to decide or until Gregg gives us the straight poop. Wonder what Surfer Mike thinks of all this?

Its been raining like hell here for the last two days. Thanks again Michael, Jim and N.F.
