Well, live and learn.

According to this link

smallcapinvestor.com

bulletin board stocks are not required to file on the SEC EDGAR database.

Well, that gives me some additional comfort, although it remains that MDIX is supposed to get $9.0 million from a company which we know and can know nothing about.

Would anyone care to call Medix and find out what they know about Banyan's ability to pay? I sure would appreciate it.

Without the Banyan deal, where on earth would MDIX get the money to advance on their new business front? Does anyone other than me wonder why someone would pay $9 million for a business which isn't making any profits?

Oh well,it's lonely being me. No need to respond to that one, Mike Moran. <gg>
