Rumor still has it there is a large deal that haven't yet announced. I would agree it's best done in order.

Right now, 1997 financials should be the first order of business. IMHO.

After that, where are all the share coming from and why?

Big deals don't mean anything. Also, the amount of profit involved with Myriad contracts is likely to be small. The percent profit is small so be careful making too much out of Myriad deals.

My guess is that FAMH's core with less than $10 million gross revenues has more profit than Myriad will get with $60 million revenues.

Gross revenues DON'T count. Profitability does!
