. To say Reagan, Bush or Rohrabacher was in favor of the specific waiver in question is ludricrous.

Nobody said Reagan or Bush was in favor of a specific waiver, only that Reagan and Bush had a policy of approving launches in china.

Ok, name a waiver that Reagan or Bush turned down.

But... anything to obscure the facts...

Speaking of which, I find it interesting that you put words in "our" mouths to argue against by claiming that we said Reagan and Bush approved of the Loral waiver. This is what's known as a strawman argument. Its quite useful when your opponents are being reasonable and you want to make them sound unreasonable. Just say they said something they didn't say and then show how absurd it is. But, anything to obscure the facts, as you say.

Bill:

I am sorry to disappoint you, I do not support
Bill Clinton, did not vote for him and have
been a Republican (in fact a fairly conservative
one) during my entire life (including voting for
Reagan twice, Bush twice and Bob Dole once).

On the other hand, I am a Bernard Schwartz and
Loral supporter. You and your cohorts on this
thread are so blinded by your hatred of Bill
Clinton that you are ready to stoop to anything
to try to bring him down, including destroying
intentionally the reputation and good name of
honorable individuals who stand in your way.
Joe McCarthy would be proud of you.

As far as obscuring the facts, I could not even
compete with you in that area.
