Nobody said Reagan or Bush was in favor of a specific waiver, only that Reagan and Bush had a policy of approving launches in china.

Thank you. Exactly my point in the first place: Reagan and Bush had nothing to do with Loral's illegal transfer of sensitive technology. YOU are the one that invoked their names when somebody questioned the relationship between Loral/Schwartz's money and Clinton's most recent waiver.

From your posts last night, it looks like you're going off the deep end. Please get some rest.

You want facts? Now this is a fact!

Jerry Falwell was seated next to President Clinton on a
recent flight. After the plane was airborne, the flight
attendant came around for drink orders. The President
asked for a whisky & soda, which was brought and placed
before him. The attendant then asked the minister if he
would also like a drink. The minister replied in disgust,
"Ma'am, I'd rather be savagely raped by a brazen whore than
let liquor touch these lips!" The President then handed
his drink back to the attendant and said, "I'm sorry, I
didn't know there was a choice..."
