Leroy the one thing that I see that remains positive is the fact that Arif Adams has said in a CC and now through a third party that the numbers are better than previously reported. The other thing with the IRS all over Myriads back it would seem to me that someone had to audit this company. If not FAMH some one had to see the books before this was a done deal. Also in passing has anyone checked to see if the web sight is up and running. I am not sure of the domain or would check myself. Art
