John,
It does sound like there's two sides. As there always are.

First, we need an accurate accounting of the shares. Then, we can try to get some resolution. I am personally hoping that Bristol Assets is playing a large roll (as the financing institution) and many of the shares will be cancelled. ONLY a hope but it's possible.

later, leroyt

John....I respect your opinion, but, why would you believe Ira's side? He has outright lied to us. Now to say Arif is clean would be blindly naive. A class action suit gets you nothing. That's a fact. Are you saying Ira may sue the company ? I just want the company to straighten up and fulfill it's potential. A lawsuit and we all lose.
A catch-22 situation.

Bravo John.

Its easy to make Ira the fall guy because he has no public forum to speak out in. I am sure both sides made idiotic moves, but since the "takeover" of management Arif has shown he has no clue about the public side of the co. The press releases are still giving off inaccurate information and he didnt know basic information in the CC. Where has he been the past 6 months?

Everyone here wants to clutch onto a "good guy" here, but remember your good guy issued 20-30? M shares to himself because he is greedy and didnt want less than 51% control of the co.

It's a shame what happened here, cause this company had (and maybe still has) a lot of potential, but it went from little credibility to NO credibility. It will take many times longer to go where they could of been in terms of share price.

And they still havent dropped the bombshell of when the restricted shares become unrestricted... when those enter the float, it will be even harder go sustain momentum upward. All the upper management of the companies they aquired.. they will have nice little golden parachutes.. 500,000 shares here, 200,000 shares there.. all entering the float...eventually.. of course no one knows when.

Then again on the positive side, from here .40 is a double.. but this co, could of had so much more without these incredulous mismanagements in every facet... can't believe they bought a company without doing an audit... that is a first.

LE was right, like it or not.
