What does this paragraph mean?? Taken from edgars...... "The Company has consulted with legal counsel regarding the filing of bankruptcy proceedings for each of the Company's Engineering Subsidiaries. The Company intends to file the bankruptcy proceedings during 1998." Are we out of the woods? It goes on to say that they filed in 1995.......any word on what this may be/mean? Also....Again......can anyone comment as to the time frame we may be looking at for the Flour deal??? thanks again... Long for the long haul.......
