Chuck, I sent a letter of today's problems to the e.mail box you mentioned (see it reproduced below). You said: >This fixes all major problems that have been >reported to us. If you have any problems >please email us stockedge@dbc.com asap. WHAT improvements should we have seen with the latest upgrade? It seems to be the same old, same old, unreliable, inaccurate and incomplete data as before. And still no OTC-BB quotes. It is ridiculous to PAY DBC for quotes, but I need a maintain a FREE WEB SITE for OTC-BB quotes. Wouldn't DBC agree? Suggestion: It would be helpful to indicate WHAT IMPORVEMENTS are in each iteration/upgrade of the software on your Web Site. ----------------------------------------------------- My "problems" letter: I have the 5/26/98 version of the software. Problems at 9:54amÿ 5/28/98: EPEXÿ shows 3.50K as the volume in the QUOTE screen, but it only had two trades totaling 2.50K shares in the TIME & SALES screen.ÿÿ The correct data, gotten off a free real-time Web site is 3 trades totaling 3.50K shares EPEX Level II screen shows a best bid by RAJA of 11 13/16ÿ The free real-time Web site confirms this is the correct bid.ÿ But your Time & Sales and your Quote Screen say the Best Bid is only 11 3/4. By 9:57am most of these sources were in sync at 11 7/8ths bid.ÿÿ But your Time & Sales never captured the 11 13/16 bid in its history. It is UNACCEPTABLE for a free Web site to have more timely and more accurate information than your real-time data feed. MEXPÿ shows 10.9K as the volume in the QUOTE screen, but it has no trades in the TIME & SALES screen.ÿÿ The correct data, gotten off a free real-time Web site is no trades today. SISIÿ shows 3.5K as the volume in the QUOTE screen, but it has no trades and no bid & ask in the TIME & SALES screen.ÿÿ The correct data, gotten off a free real-time Web site is no trades today. Your Quote screen correctly shows a 5 3/4 Bid, but your Level II says the best bid is HILL at 5 1/2. Colin Cody
