Remember that those $92M in previous losses are an *asset* (tax-wise) to offset taxes on future earnings.

As for the 5/8, there's been some discussion regarding conversion of convertible shares, and 5/8 being an optimal price. Check the Yahoo thread for details.

FWIW (and take *this* with a grain of salt!!!), I'm finally back in NCTI at 5/8. I don't see a dip below 1/2, if that. I think this quiet period is preparing for some news to cause a price spike.

As for delisting, the company always has the option of a reverse split. Remember, this changes *nothing* about the company's fundamentals, and is not intrinsically bearish.
