Sentiment is negative now because of expectation of a reverse split
announcement at any time soon...there is better chance of an upward
price movement after the split has been effected.

Although nothing changes fundamentally on a reverse, the sentiment
itself is almost always negative.

fact is if the NCTI tech. is as good as I believe it is the tax loses could make it an attractive takeover target for a larger computer tech company with earnings in need of shelter. Although the the number of shares outstanding and the tendence for the price to pop on news would reduece the likeliness of this situation
