TJS:

OK, one shot before my break. Have some faith in JV, Dal and Cliff as Rebels.

If Proctor is being allowed to convert the preferred it means the Rebels are gaining control. They have put themselves in position to win this thing. In a word, they have the votes.

Andy Proctor is no dummy. He has thrown his support to the Rebels. One of my concerns was whether the JV, et al. really had the muscle to pull it off. Now they do.

My patience was running thin, but this event, if true, gives me more confidence in JV, Dal and Cliff, not to mention Dennis. Thanks Andy. GO REBELS.

Mr. Swift

I received new this morning. Rumor has it that several large
shareholders are coming together and are filing suit with the
authorities. Who the shareholders are, I'm suppose to get word
this morning. The way it sounded is Mr. Vigliarolo and clan
are going to go down. If I learn who the shareholders are, I
will post and see if I can get a contact number for us. What
the complaint would be centered around in my opinion sounded like criminal wrongdoing.

As far as Mr. Proctor, from what I understood from the old management
guy, Mr. Vigliarolo shot himself in the foot. The gentleman said
Mr. Proctor thinks Airstar Tech is going no where and is going to
unload. He said everyone on the street thinks this group is lacking
in expertise and is empty headed. We might be wise to bail out here,
I don't know. You might be right about 12cents instead of 0. I
think we should wait and see about the group of shareholders filing
the complaint. Maybe we could join this group if we find out who
they are. I'm told I will get a call this morning so I will stay
at my home and post the second I learn something.
