Great move by WCOM if it goes through. Notice that they sell the network but keep the end customers. C&W gets only the wholesale ISP customers. It's like they buy the costs but not the revenues. Given their weak position in the U.S I wonder how they are going to gain customers on their own. Also notice that they are not allowed to sell this again within the next 2 years. If they can't load this thing back up with customers, this may drag C&W down. Just my opinions.
