How much you want to bet these guys become a closer second competitor than MSFDC?
"Little Rock, Ark.-based ARKSYS, meanwhile, in conjunction with Minneapolis-based TriSense Software Ltd, will deliver PaySense, an electronic bill presentment/payment system to market for U.S. mid- range financial institutions.

With PaySense, banks can control all aspects of the service, including the biller relationship, management of the biller's data and service fee pricing, says Mary Rose, vice president of business development with ARKSYS.

I'll tell you it's like this: If I were the top brass at FDC, and seeing how this venture is beginning to bleed them of mucho denero, I'd have to look long and hard at the reality of such rewards proclaimed by MS. They[FDC] were(are(?)) a profitable company. Aren't they?

I wonder how this joint venture will affect their bottom line for fiscal year profitability? Hmmmmm, "Hey Llib, can you float us a couple million until we at least get a pilot running?"

Joint money pit sounds more realistic.....
