Look at this statement:

"MSFDC developers, however, say that billers are comfortable handing over sensitive information to bill processors, and do so on a regular basis like ALLTEL [AT] or First Data Corp. [FDC]."

..I've heard this before, but AT&T has stated in public that they will not share their information, and I imagine many other billers will choose the same.

I will be contacting Jessica in relation to this quote. I'm going to ask her the following questions:

1. How has CF changed their model?
2. What gains have you made with their key banks?
